A delicious alternative to store bought fruit cups. They would be great as a dessert or a special snack for your kids on a hot day.
Ingredients:
- 1 (11 oz.) can of mandarin oranges, do not drain
- 1 (8 oz.) can of crushed pineapple, do not drain
- 2 medium bananas sliced (firm ones work best)
- 3/4 cup of sliced strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 3/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 3/4 cup of lemon-lime soda
- 6 Tbsp. of lemonade concentrate thawed
- 1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and fill an 8 ounce plastic cup 3/4 full. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or till solid. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving. Makes 10 servings.
