I am looking for an easy Crumb Pie Topping that can also be used to top muffins.

In the Company's Coming muffins and more cookbook the first recipe is an apple struesel muffin. You make the batter and then put a topping on it. Very good and easy to do.
This is the topping:
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
Rub together until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of batter.
