In the Company's Coming muffins and more cookbook the first recipe is an apple struesel muffin. You make the batter and then put a topping on it. Very good and easy to do.
This is the topping:
1/4 cup margarine 1/4 cup flour 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
Rub together until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of batter.
