Donate Clothes Not Worn After A Year

Peter Walsh, a professional organizer, has said that people wear 20% of their clothes 80% of the time. He suggests hanging clothes backwards and rehanging them forward after each use. After one year, everything still backwards can be donated. This could probably work after each season, rather than year, if you like.
