I would say yes. But then I go by the old addage, "When in doubt, throw it out".

Hi neighbor Stefanee. :-) What is the sell by date on the package? If they are only about a week or so past the sell by date 'and' you have kept them refrigerated since the sell by date, they are probably just fine. Keep in mind that tortillas made by different companies have different textures and color markings.
