You don't have to have a tortilla press to enjoy fresh, homemade corn tortillas. They keep for a week when refrigerated. To reheat, just put them over a medium flame on the skillet, cooking 20-30 seconds per side.

Does anyone have a recipe for corn tortillas using corn meal?

There are recipes available for cornmeal tortillas, but you won't have the same texture. Get some Corn Flour, and then add water, knead, roll out and fry. Absolutely delish!
