Easy Southern Banana Pudding

Ingredients
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 pkgs (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding
  • 30 nilla wafers
  • 3 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 8 oz. cool whip

Directions

Pour milk into bowl, add dry pudding mix and beat with wire whisk or mixer about 2 minutes or until well blended.

Let stand 5 minutes

Arrange half of the wafers on bottom and up sides of 2 quart bowl, top with layers of half each of the bananas and pudding. Repeat layers of cookies, pudding and bananas.

Chill about 3 hours

Mix the cool whip into the pudding after the pudding sets up. Then continue with the layering.
