Cleaning Discoloration and Stains on a Leather Bag?

I recently bought a used beige Marc Jacobs leather bag and it was in worse shape than I thought. Large parts of the bag are discolored and it has stains. You can clearly see the difference in color. I'm not sure how to restore this bag
