How can I remove a green stain on my hard rubber toilet seat? I think it was caused by urine. I have tried cleaning it with baking soda and vinegar, but that didn't work.

Try some toothpaste with oxclean mixed in with it. But, if you have to replace the toilet seat, they are not very expensive.
