Put ingredients into blender and mix well. Makes approximately 1 1/2 pints. Store in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator.

I love Dorothy Lynch french dressing! It is not sold in my part of the country but I've had other places. Thanks for the recipe. Now, could you tell us how long it will last in the frig? (08/01/2006)
Robin, did you mean 1 teaspoon of dry mustard, celery seed and salt instead of 1 Tbsp? I noticed that other recipes for Dorothy Lynch Salad Dressing use just 1 teaspoon instead of 1 Tbsp but all the other ingredients were the same as yours :):) Just thought I'd ask :) (08/01/2006)
