Ismacs International Collectors Society has a fantastic list about this sewing machine. They have put together a listing of different sewing machines and model number. It helps you to know how old the machine is.

To find your model number, look on the base of the sewing machine or on the bottom. There should be a plate there with a string of 5 numbers. Some of them are preceded by a letter in front.
The only numbers I could find were a series of 6 numbers.

It could be on the back or the bottom. You may have to take the bottom plate off to see the number.
I believe you are correct that your machine is a "vintage" and not an antique which is good because almost nothing can be found in parts or accessories for the antiques.
All of this information should be on or under the needle plate area.

You may be able to find a photo matching your machine on the Internet (try looking several different ways).

I'd unscrew and lift any removable plates for the number. I did a reverse image search with yours but got nothing.
