A "dump chicken" recipes involve marinating chicken and freezing it. You then thaw the chicken out, "dump" it in a baking pan, and bake it. The chicken is flavorful and moist.
You may use 4-8 pieces of chicken, bone-in or boneless, skin-on or skinless. For this recipe I used bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs.
Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
Cook Time: 35-50 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes to an hour
Yield: 4-8 servings, depending on how many pieces of chicken you use

What are the seeds on the chicken?
I think those are the seeds in the mustard.
Not sure, but looks like mustard seeds. I have often seen recipes with similar pictures of the finished product that did not include them in the list of ingredients.
