Homemade Cheese Spread
When you're out of cheese spread and you really wanted that creamy, milky goodness in your sandwich, here's a two ingredient recipe for you to make a homemade cheese spread or dip. It's so easy that even your kids can make it.
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese slices (best if you use grated cheese to melt faster)
- Simmer milk over medium heat.
- Gradually add cheddar cheese and keep stirring until cheese melts and distributes evenly with milk. (It's best to use grated cheese for it melts faster.)
- Done. Spread it on your bread or use as cheese dip.
