Homemade "Spray 'N Wash" Alternative

A stained shirt in the laundry. Instead of buying Spray and Wash or a similar item, I make my own.

Ingredients

1/3 cool tap water
1/3 all purpose cleaner
1/3 rubbing alcohol

Directions

Put in a spray bottle. Shake to mix and use as needed for spot removal on clothes. By Penney from Sioux Lookout, ON

Does anyone have an inexpensive alternative to Spray 'n Wash? If so, please share with me.

I mix the following ingredients in a spray bottle. My family likes it so well, that they make it and use it to if they are washing a load of laundry.

1 Cup Good Quality liquid laundry soap
1 Cup Hydrogen Peroxide
1 Cup White Distilled Vinegar
1 Cup Lemon sudsing Ammonia

I've not had any problems with this and have been using it for years, but if you have a favorite item you may want to try the stain remover on a inseam to check for color fastness.
