Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk

• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup warm water
• 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. powdered milk

Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling. Cook until thick, about 15 to 20 minutes. Equals 1 can. (06/27/2009)
