This is a great, healthy snack for your whole family!

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups uncooked oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup wheat germ
  • Advertisement

  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/3 cup sesame or sunflower seed
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Heat oats in greased pan in 350 degree F oven for 10 minutes. Combine the first six ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix until the dry ingredients are coated. Divide into two parts in 9x13 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Stir often. Cool and store in tight container. Use as snack or as cereal.
