Identifying a Bug Found on the Bed?

Identifying a Bug Found on the BedI found this bug on my bed, it's extremely tiny and very hard to see. My bed is also by a window, like right up against it so sometimes I get carpet beetles and spiders by my bed. Anyway I don't know what this is, but lately I've been getting very itchy bites on my body. I keep thinking it's bed bugs, but I check my bed every morning all round the sides, under the sheet, mattress and still nothing. This has been going on for a couple weeks.

The bits don't look like bed bug bites, they look like raised white mosquito bites honestly. And they are pretty big bites, like a normal mosquito bite. I was laying in bed one morning and there was a beetle type thing on my arm and it ran off to the pillow. I grabbed it quickly and observed it, but killed it before I got a picture. I looked up what it looked like and it reminded me of a bed bug, though it was larger than normal bed bugs. The bug I saw had a round body, was a orangish brown color and had stripes on its back. I'm kinda thinking this bug I found tonight is a baby bed bug but? I may just be very paranoid. And also I don't usually have allergic reactions to sheets, blankets, or the soaps in the wash so it can't be that. I've had mites before and it's not the same bites either.
Please help!

Maybe work backwards...here is the webmd bite checker (use the arrow to the right to scroll through -- it is icky but I find it very helpful).

Post back what you learn. They do not look like bedbugs to me...they are usually darker...but the photo is blurry (to me).

Post back what you learn from WebMD! Healing wishes and prayers going your way!

I would have an exterminator come in and check. They have the tools to eradicate whatever it is.

Yes that is either a bed bug or a bat bug. I have had a recent experience of bed bug infestation and that looks like one I have caught. Had an experienced bug guy take them back to his office to look under microscope and confirmed they were bed bugs.

Looks exactly like what I have seen. My daughter would get swollen white bumps where bit at on certain parts of her body. Other parts she would just get plain bites.
