This is a great low fat, almost no sugar dessert. This also is very low in calories!
For a low fat easy snack, I take 2 full graham crackers, put Cool Whip about 1/2 inch thick on one of the crackers and put the other cracker on top. Push together a little bit, wrap in Saran Wrap and freeze.
When you get hungry for an ice cream sandwich, you can have a homemade low-fat ice cream sandwich. Use chocolate graham crackers and the kids won't know the difference. Enjoy.
