Transform plain coffee into an autumn treat by simply adding 1/8 cup pumpkin puree and 1/4 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice! Add low fat milk or half and half to freshly brewed coffee and add your favorite sweetener. I use Stevia, but you may use sugar, if preferred.
I chose to blend mine a bit for a little frothy top, just for fun!
