Making a Toddler Birthday Sash

Total Time: 10 minutes

Yield: 1 sash

Supplies:

• ribbon
• craft paper
• heart punch out (or scissors to freehand a shape)
• X-acto knife

Steps:

1. Punch out heart shape on craft paper (or freehand some shapes).
2. Using an X-acto knife - cut two slits enough to fit ribbon. Thread ribbon into the slits/hearts.

 

 
3. Repeat until you reach your desired amount, I had 4 hearts to recognize that she is turning 4! Then, secure the ends with a knot and cut an angle at the end to make the ribbon look neater.
