There should be a theme for this party or brunch and you could start out with the thing with some clipart on your email. Suggestions for the menu could be sausage Crescent squares, barbecue cocktail weenies, fluffy fruit salads muffin ,Donuts, breakfast casseroles, biscuits and ham, gravy and biscuit, fruit platters, scones with lemon curd, clotted cream. The brunch can be served buffet-style. There should be a table for beverages hot coffee, juices hot tea, hot chocolate.

Is it a particular occassion for the brunch? In the email invite, mention the reason and of course the time and place. Will it be at church?

Do you have a kitchen to cook in? If not, plan your menu around foods that can be kept cold. Best wishes!
