Quick Escalloped Potatoes

This is quick, easy and cheap!

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 medium potatoes
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Directions:

Slice potatoes into a buttered casserole. Pour over them the soup and the milk. Bake in moderate oven (325 degrees F) until bubbly and brown and potatoes are done, about 30-35 minutes.
