You can also use baking soda to remove dog poop stains from concrete. Soak the spot with water, sprinkle baking soda over the stain and scrub the area with a scrub brush. Allow it to sit & then pour hot water over the baking soda and scrub again. Rinse with hot water. You can also use OxiClean. Create a paste of hot water and OxiClean. Apply it to the stain and scrub the area with a scrub brush. Let it sit for 15 minutes and scrub it again. Finally, rinse with water. You can try to use a pressure washer to clean the concrete but if you use a pressure washer at too high a pressure level, this can cause damage to your concrete.

There are numerous ways to do this but if you have a power washer - or can borrow one - this is the fastest and most effective way to go.
You will still need to use cleaners and disinfectants but if your patio is very large this is your best option.

Hardware stores usually have these for rent and you'll only need it for a few hours.

Use a solution of water and detergent (or ammonia) to clean deep into the cracks.
You can read online solutions for types of cleaners to use and in what steps but you will definitely need an Enzyme cleaner to finish the job. Why? Enzyme cleaners are the only cleaners that will eliminate urine odors as bleach, hydrogen peroxide, ammonia, etc will not eliminate the smell. That is why animals return to the same spots to do their 'business' as they can still smell the odor.

Remember: you are washing the odor into the ground around the patio, so some smell will remain in the dirt/grass for several days.
You may need to spray this area also.

Use Skout's Honor or any other good surfactant/detergent based cleaner. It gets down into the porous concrete and separates the feces from the surface and it can be washed away.

Scrape off dog poop, if it's dried use a metal shovel or poop scooper;
Saturate a six-inch perimeter with product;
Let it soak into the surface about 5 minutes;
Use a stiff-bristle brush and hit it with the hose;
Allow it to dry.

To remove the smell of poop use a mixed properly solution of white vinegar at a ratio of 2:1.

Soak with boiling water, sprinkle the spot with baking soda and scrub in the baking soda. Let it sit overnight.
Baking soda will remove odor too.

A good surfactant/detergent based cleaner (such as Scout's Honor branded cleaning products) is ideal for this type of application, as it penetrates the porous concrete and separates urine and feces from the surface so it can be washed away.
