Selling a Recipe Book?

I have a selection of Christmas recipes from my mother and some from hotels where I have worked. They're from the 50s thru the 70s. I'd like to someday get them in a book. Any ideas in how to get started in this venture?

Amazon.com has a self-publishing division now, called CreateSpace. For very little money, you can upload your book, complete with photos or artwork, choose the size and layout, choose the selling price and in what countries you want to sell it, and there are other options. It can be available for print, or on Kindle. A friend of mine is publishing a novel this way, and some people have been very successful with this. You get a fee for every copy sold or downloaded. There is also a lending function that pays you. If you want to check it out, the link is www.createspace.com.
