I need to know what to charge to clean a 100 sqft travel trailer that had been left in bad shape when the previous owners moved out. They left trash and some belongings and the smell of mice and cats was almost unbearable. The new owners want it cleaned from top to bottom and to pass a white glove inspection and made ready to move into. Any info is greatly appreciated.

Charge two to three times what you would for a regular cleaning. This is a special job, and hard work.

I would charge double or even triple rate than what you would do at a house because of the unbearable smell.
