This casserole is easy to make and even delicious when left over for another meal.  It's also a great dish to take to someone recovering from surgery or a covered dish meal.
Supplies:
- 1  small onion
 - 1/2  cup bell pepper chopped
 - 1  lb hamburger 
 - 2  14.5 oz. cans Del Monte Diced tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano
 - 1  cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
 - 6  oz Barilla Gluten Free Spaghetti
 - salt and pepper to taste
 
Steps:
- Brown hamburger and drain.
 - Chop the onion and bell pepper. Saute in a little butter.
 - In a large sauce pan, combine the hamburger, onion, bell pepper and tomatoes.
 - Bring to a boil.
 - Break spaghetti into small pieces. 
 - Add spaghetti to other ingredients. Cover and cook 20 minutes on low heat until spaghetti is tender. Stir often.
 - Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
 - Bake 350 degrees F until cheese is melted, approximately 15 minutes.
