Starting a Clothing Business?

I'm working on my clothing line. I'm looking for the best shirt material that won't wash out for awhile. I was advised to use 50/50. What is the best material to buy my shirts in? Also, I am having trouble finding a good silk screening company that I can use. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Go to a sign silkscreen show. Sublimation is relatively easy and you can do your own. Sublimation works very well and takes up relatively little space. If you are selling T-shirts - check the prices etc on craigs list and ebay.
