Steps:

  1. First measure the seat of the chair for the width and length.
  2. Thrifty Patio Chair Pillows - measure chair seat for length and width
     
  3. Fold the tablecloth in half with wrong side up.
  4. Thrifty Patio Chair Pillows - fold tablecloth with right sides together
     
  5. Mark material 1 inch more than size measured to allow for stitching.
  6. Thrifty Patio Chair Pillows - mark dimensions including a 1 inch seam allowance
     
  7. Cut out material for size needed for pillow plus the 1 inch seam allowance.

  9. Sew sides, bottom, and one half to two thirds of top.
  10. Thrifty Patio Chair Pillows Sew sides, bottom, and one half to two thirds of top.
     
  11. Fill with the poly-fil as needed. Sew top, folding material inward at top opening.
  12. Thrifty Patio Chair Pillows - fill with polyfil
     
  13. Sew across to close top of pillow.
  14. Thrifty Patio Chair Pillows - tuck in seam allowance and sew opening closed

Looks good, think I will just grab some old bed pillows and put them to work....

You can use just about anything you want. I also think you could use bandanna's there $1.00 at Walmart you could sew differant one's together and make it like patchwork. Think I might try it for the fourth of July with red,white and blue. Have fun I used poly-fil because you can wash them and hang them up to dry.
