| I have used ammonia on the underarm stains with good results. Rub a small amount on stain and then wash as usual. Be careful to wear gloves or wash hands immediately and do not breathe the fumes. I have not had good results with bleach, but fair results from white vinegar. Never mix ammonia or vinegar with bleach! | |

| Dissolve an aspirin tablet in about 3 cups of water and soak your delicate blouses for a few minutes before rinsing through soap later. Removes perspiration marks wonderfully without having to rub. | |

| I have heard that shampoo is good for this type of stain - just rub it into the stain before washing. | |
