I would hold onto this for 10 or 20 more years in order for it to acquire more value.

I have looked at various Olympic US team jackets and they don't seem to uniformly acquire value. Maybe if they belonged to a particularly talented individual they would, but overall few seem to go for more than $50

The jackets most people are seeing are the 'paper' souvenir jackets that were never meant to be worn - only displayed.
I did not find any jackets like this for sale anywhere and no autographed jackets anywhere.

I do not know what you mean by 'lightweight jacket' - what kind of material?
What size is the jacket?
Are you saying that all members of the team individually signed this jacket?
How did that happened?
How did you come to have this jacket? Buy it from a legitimate verifiable company?
Do you have anything stating these are authentic signatures?
Have they ever been verified by an autograph service?

If you are expecting to sell it for big money you will have to have answers to some of these questions.

If it is legitimate you would have to have it auctioned at a large auction house that specializes in sports items.

You might be able to find some information if you contact someone on this site:

Good luck - I hope it is legitimate.
Please post back what you find - this is an interesting item.

On eBay people are listing items like this from $20 to $50. It appears that they have been there for quite some time and not a lot of people are interested in them.

You might do better trying to sell this locally in a second-hand clothing store. Take it there and see if the owner will let you sell it on consignment.
