Very Berry Smoothie

I've been making this smoothie for years now with a few alterations along the way. Not only is it one of my favs because of the sweet berry goodness, but also because it's a perfect post-workout refresher. But wait...there's more! The little hidden addition of collagen adds 11 grams of protein to your smoothie along with too many benefits to list, so here's a snap shot of all that added goodness. Enjoy thrifties!
