Waze Driving App Child Reminder

If you are driving with an infant, it can be distressingly easy to forget the sleeping baby in the car when you reach your destination, especially if the drive is long or the parent is sleep deprived. The driving app, Waze has a child reminder option that you can turn on as soon as you place the baby in the car seat. When you reach your destination, it will send you a reminder. This could mean life or death in the worst possible situations. Other apps may have this ability too.

If you don't have access to that app, a good low tech way to remember is to leave your phone, purse, or other essential item in the back seat. This gives you one more chance to notice the baby and take them with you.
