White Cheddar Au Gratin Potatoes

Yield: 8 servings



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray casserole pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
  2. Using a mandolin or sharp knife, slice potatoes to approx. 1/8 inch thick slices. Cut the onion the same way, separating the rings.

  14. Stir in milk, and cook mixture until thickened. Continue stirring to prevent burning.

  16. Once the milk mixture has thickened, stir in cheese. Stir until cheese has melted (approx. 30 seconds), then remove from heat.
