Campfire Chicken and DumplingsChicken and dumplings is a family favorite, and this simplified version is our classic camping standby. It's a healthy, well-rounded meal and very filling. This soup is also warm, which is good since it tends to get cold in the evenings where we camp.

Chilled Soup with Cilantro-Yogurt SwirlToast cumin in a small skillet over low heat, stirring, until just fragrant, 1-2 minutes. Combine tomatoes, onion, 2 tablespoons cilantro, and chipotle in a blender or food processor.

Double-Duty Swedish MeatballsMix 3/4 cup of the water and 1/4 cup of the soup in a large bowl. Add meat, dry stuffing mix and eggs; mix lightly. Divide meat mixture in half. Cover and refrigerate half of the meat mixture for up to 24 hours.
