Chicken and DumplingsEasy, good and cheap!

Easy Cheese SpreadMelt Velveeta in top of double boiler. Take off stove and add mayonnaise and horseradish. Mix well and pour in containers. Refrigerate.

Homemade Bisquick MixThis a good master mix to use in place of Bisquick and saves money to boot.

My Mom's MeatloafThis meatloaf recipe has an unusual ingredient in it - applesauce. You cannot taste it, but the applesauce keeps the meatloaf moist. This recipe makes great meatloaf sandwiches.

Oops Makeover CookiesA yummy (easy) cookie to redeem a previous cookie disaster. We've all done it - forgotten the cookies were in the oven and either the timer wasn't working or we forgot that, too! I don't mind a little carbon and I don't want to throw them out.
