I recently rearranged my office, leaving a mess of exposed wires of all kinds. I covered a toilet tissue roll with wrapping paper, then wrapped all the wires into a hank and tucked them inside the roll. Cheaper, smaller and more clever than the large and unsightly tube sold at the electronics store for this purpose.

Foam pipe insulators are excellent for organizing loose wires. They come already slit, so the wires can be slipped right into them.

They can be easily cut to any length and they come in either black or white.
