We are ready to purchase vinyl shutters for our home. Any suggestions/recommendations on what brand to buy? Our Lowe's home improvement store carries Vantage brand. I have come to the conclusion that paintable ones are our best option, as others I've seen seem to fade rather quickly. Any advice would be appreciated.

I know that you can help vinyl shutters to look like new again by using Armorall (spelling?), the same product you use on car dashboards, etc. Vinyl shutters can also be painted, wooden ones have to be painted (and scraped, sanded).
