Pride of Iowa

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. sausage
• 3 beaten eggs
• 1 1/4 cup milk
• 2 cans cream style corn
• 1 1/2 cup saltine crackers, broken up
• 3 Tbsp. grated onion

• salt and pepper, to taste
• ketchup

Directions:

Beat eggs. Add milk, corn, onion, broken crackers, salt, and pepper. Add sausage and stir until it is well distributed. Place in 8x8 inch pan. Cover top with ketchup. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Serves in squares. Serves 5.
