I made something similar just yesterday only I used just a yellow cake mix and butter. Grease baking dish, pour in peaches, liquid and all, cover with dry cake mix and dot with butter. Baked at 350' for about 40 or so minutes. I'll try adding a dash of cinnamon and a handful of oatmeal next time.

  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, cut into small chunks
  • 3/4 cup quick oats

Add peaches into large baking dish. In a small bowl, mix together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar. Pour over peaches and mix until all peaches are covered, be careful not to break the peaches.

Topping: Mix all dry ingredients together, then add chunks of butter cutting them into the dry ingredients. Once the mixture is crumbly sprinkle over peaches.

Bake at 400 degrees F for about thirty minutes. Add ice cream if you like!
