White Mold on Perennial Plants?

Here in zone 4, we have had an unusually wet spring and summer. Several of my plants in raised beds seem to have a white mold growing on the leaves. It doesn't affect blooms and it doesn't seem contagious. There is no bug I can see. I am concerned that it will effect next year's growth as these are perennials. Does anyone have any ideas?
