Isn't Blue Jeans material, some of them, indigo. Maybe you could cut down some old jeans and make a table cloth? Or make fabric flowers in the color you need? I bet they make a tissue paper in indigo, and that is easy to make neat little stuff out of.
There is also a flower called Indigo maybe a flower shop or craft store would have a silk flower of it.
