Vincent, It would depend on several things. You really didn't give us enough information to give you a good answer. How old are the two of you? How long have you been friends? How do your parents feel about the idea ? Give us some more information to go on,OK? Judy in Alabama.
How about "I like you, you're crazy like me." Or "I've been noticing lately, it's easy to like you."
Write her a poem. She will absolutely melt.

Be prepared if she doesn't feel the same way. I went through this and the guy was very nice about it, he said not today. Well now I'm married to another and he is still a good friend to me so just ask make your intentions clear and remember if the answer is no, it is not the end of the world.
