Blackberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blackberries
  • 1 banana

Directions

Combine the apple juice and yogurt in the blender first. Add fruit. Put cover on and blend until smooth. Serves: 1
