Sweet Grape Nuts Bread

Good and easy recipe.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp. soda
• 1/2 cup Grape Nuts cereal

• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in bow; mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes or until bread tests done.
