Gluing Beads Onto a Wine Glass

My question is I used mod podge to glue beads on a wine glass, but do I need to seal it with mod podge gloss?

most likely you will want to seal it either with that gloss you describe, or with an acrylic product called matte medium http://www.dick  y5rXEaAjyK8P8HAQ

it dries clear and the stuff stays forever
