Holes in Drywall

Sometimes when you have a small hole in drywall, the putty will not go into the hole correctly and it is hard to get a good patch. If you have a disposable bakers bag and a plain round tip (I use #7), you can put a few tablespoons of putty in the bakers bag and pipe it into the hole.

Then take a putty knife and smooth the hole. Let it dry and sand it smooth. Any putty left in the bag can easily be squeezed back into the putty bucket. The tips clean up with plain soap and water.
