First of all, what is a Pregnancy Pillow? Is it something to use while you are pregnant? Is it something to attach to your stomach to make people think you are pregnant? Please clarify. Other stuffings for a pillow would be feathers, eider down, lambs wool, lavender buds or other herbs, shredded foam, old shredded pantihose. I could go on and on.
A pregnancy pillow is one used by the mother in bed to support the big bump. :-)
Those 'beads' they use to fill beanbags might work well, they'd be flexible and provide support.
