Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 6-8 sliced peaches
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Directions

Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg, vanilla, then flour. Arrange sliced peaches in unbaked pie crust. Spread preceding mixture over sliced peaches. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F, then reduce temperature to 325 degrees F for rest of hour.
