- 2 cups persimmon pulp
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 stick of butter, softened
- Pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon, to taste
Mix all ingredients, pour in casserole dish, bake at 400 degrees F for 1 hour. Enjoy!
