There are liquid defoamers available at all pool and spa supply stores. Not always, but generally the foam is from oils, lotion, perfumes, etc on the skin. It's a good idea to take a quick shower before going in a hot tub and, of course, after too ;-)

The foam in your water is likely from deodorant and lotions on your skin. Defoamer is sold at pool/hot tub retailers but you can avoid it by showering quickly before you get in the spa. Change your filters often. Your filters will likely last longer too. Sandy
