First of all, what type of material is the shirt? Was the foundation oil or water base? I've found most stains come out of cotton or cotton blend if I use "Shout" or something similar, and let it soak for a day, then launder in cold water.
I am also having trouble removing loreal liquid foundation from my white shirt. Any ideas?
I need to know how to get the pigment out of a linen dress. I applied water, but that was all I could do in the middle of performing this service on a client. It was a deep dark brown color. Yuck. The dress is light green.

I have been trying to clean old make-up stains (concealer) from my favorite green sheets. I tried a number of stain-removing products but without any result.
Try Bissel Little Green Cleaner - it's never failed me.
Spray and let sit over night.
Make up remover. Rub and dub. On non-wash fabrics, spot test first.
I managed to spill half a bottle of "True Match" L'oreal liquid makeup on my Guess purse; I think it's cotton, but I'm not sure.
Can anyone help me? It's brand new and I really hope I can fix it!
